All went well and my friend received the flowers promptly. Only thing I would change is notification of delivery. UPS and FedEx have gotten us used to a picture as evidence and an email upon delivery. Otherwise, great.

Thank you for your review. We will look into your request for picture evidence of delivery. However, not all of our drivers are tech savvy, we will definitely encourage photos to be taken and we can add them to the delivery confirmation as they get them to us. This may delay prompt response that the flowers have been delivered.
